The services of an interpreter are often in demand during major international events. One of these events has been the expo-forum of restaurant, hotel business and cleaning FoReCH that took place this autumn in Ukraine.
 
 
In 2018, the FoReCH exhibition has traditionally become a comfortable venue for communication and interaction of all the Ukraine hospitality market participants and foreign visitors who have introduced the latest industry technologies in our country.
 
The translation agency TAT CENTER has also participated in the successful conduct of the forum. Interpreters for the FoReCH forum were chosen with particular care, because work on mass events requires a linguist with special skills: stress resistance, ability to concentrate, rapid reaction, good memory, a wide vocabulary, summarizing skills and abstract translation, etc.
 
The factor of increased complexity during the work of interpreters on forums similar to FoReCH is the "double specificity": the linguist must have sufficient qualifications in the translation of both business and industry terminology.
 

Interpreter of the company TAT CENTER provided linguistic support for workshops by Anthony Sarpon – head of the restaurant and his own culinary school Anthony's Kitchen, the owner of the Michelin star. A talented German, native of Ghana, combines the traditions of Italian, Indian and African cuisine in his recipes, so his dishes are always original and delicious. In order for the master class viewers to better understand all the subtleties of the recipe, the specialist of TAT CENTER interpreted from German the speech of the culinary maestro.

 
 
 
No less exciting was the presentation by Tomasz Grabski, chief of the Unilever Food Solutions Company, who supervises the region of north-eastern Europe. The virtuoso chef and charismatic man, Tomasz Grabski showed visitors of the forum the process of processing a 50-kilogram shark – a great raw material for gourmet dishes.
 
 
 
It also was performed due to the interpreter of our bureau, whose qualitative interpretation from English helped the listeners of the chef catch all the intricacies of the culinary performance.
